Philip Abraham is a thoughtful and results-driven attorney who blends legal knowledge with business insight to provide practical, client-focused counsel. He earned both his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration through a competitive dual-degree program at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, following a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Business Administration. Philip is licensed to practice in Nebraska.

Originally from India, Mr. Abraham moved to the United States, bringing with him a global perspective and a strong sense of discipline and adaptability. His international background allows him to approach legal challenges with a diverse, well-rounded mindset that enhances his ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.

While in law school, Mr. Abraham served as a Research Fellow at the Nebraska Governance and Technology Center, where he explored the legal implications of emerging technologies and governance frameworks. He also gained hands-on experience through the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic, advising early-stage businesses and startups on matters such as business formation, contracts, compliance, and general corporate governance.

Mr. Abraham was actively involved in student leadership during law school, serving as Treasurer for both the Multicultural Legal Society (MCLS) and Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity. He also volunteered with the Naturalization Clinic and the Tenant Assistance Project, providing legal assistance to underserved communities and developing a foundation of service-based advocacy.

Known for his work ethic, preparation, and clear communication, Mr. Abraham brings a modern, solutions-oriented mindset to his practice. He prioritizes building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through legal challenges with clarity, confidence, and responsiveness. Outside of his legal career, Mr. Abraham enjoys staying active through basketball, soccer, and fitness, playing chess, and traveling to experience new cultures. He is also a drummer and believes in maintaining a balanced, disciplined lifestyle to support both personal and professional success.
