Mr. Gross was born and raised in Omaha, NE. He attended Creighton Preparatory School and then followed his older siblings by continuing his education at Creighton University. He graduated from Creighton after spending four years studying philosophy and competing on the Creighton University Men’s Golf team. After finishing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Gross decided to continue his education at Creighton University when he attended Creighton University’s Law School and graduated with numerous honors.
After graduating from Creighton University’s Law School, Mr. Gross took a job in the Scotts Bluff County Attorney’s Office. While working as a Deputy County Attorney, Mr. Gross was able to gain valuable experience working in the courtroom by trying 20 felony jury trials as a first chair prosecutor. He also conducted numerous depositions, and participated in trials with medical expert witnesses.
Mr. Gross is involved in litigation covering a wide array of subjects. His main area of practice is litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense and criminal law, and is presently involved in numerous large medical claims in all stages of the discovery process.
