Ann is a dedicated attorney with a passion for delivering thoughtful, results-driven solutions for her clients. A graduate of Creighton University School of Law, Ann earned her J.D. with a Litigation Certificate and distinction as a Dean’s Fellow. While at Creighton, she gained meaningful experience both in and out of the classroom, including serving on the executive boards of various student-led organizations and volunteering as a student judge with the Sarpy County Teen Court, where she supported restorative justice efforts and worked with high school students interested in the law. She also competed in the National Health Law Transactional Moot Court Competition, further strengthening her ability to analyze complex issues and craft practical legal solutions.

Ann gained invaluable experience as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Senior Judge Joseph F. Bataillon at the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, which provided her firsthand insight into federal litigation procedures. She also worked as a law clerk at Sodoro Law Group prior to becoming an attorney. Her prior work as a litigation paralegal at a local firm also further developed her ability to manage complex insurance defense cases and liaise with clients.

With experience spanning both trial preparation and client service, Ann approaches each matter with diligence, clarity, and a strong commitment to achieving favorable results. She is particularly skilled in litigation support, legal research, and strategic case development.

Outside of her legal practice, Ann enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching volleyball, and attending local stand-up comedy shows.
