David has spent the last 20 years as a litigator and is focused on obtaining results.   David knows that each case requires an understanding of all the parties and a thorough analysis of the facts.  Organization and an in-depth review of each fact pattern, as well as consistent communication with the client, help David properly analyze and assess each case.  Whether settlement or trial, David will guide the client through the process and get efficient, timely and cost-effective results.

David is a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy and had the pleasure of serving this Country overseas.  Post-military, David graduated from the University of Colorado-Denver, with a communications Degree.  He earned his Jurist Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law.  While in Law school, David was the first 2L invited to the National Tax Moot Court Team and is honored to have won a National Championship in Tax Moot Court.  When not practicing law, you will find David and his wife working their other “jobs” – transporting their two boys to one of their numerous sports teams practices or games.
