Erin M. Evans brings over 17 years of experience in civil litigation, with a unique background that includes defending against complex personal injury and wrongful death claims and representing plaintiffs to secure fair compensation. This balanced perspective allows her to develop effective strategies and achieve favorable outcomes by navigating complex legal scenarios while considering both sides of a case. Erin is also skilled in appellate work and very familiar with the courtroom.

Erin is licensed in Arizona. She completed her final year of law school at Arizona State University as a visiting student, ultimately earning her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Shortly after, she was recognized as one of Arizona’s Top 50 Pro Bono Attorneys, reflecting her dedication to community service and advocacy.

She continued her commitment to leadership and professional development by serving as past president of the Coconino County Bar Association, where she presented on various topics. In addition, Erin was appointed by the Arizona Supreme Court to a four-year term on the Committee on Examinations for the State Bar of Arizona.

She is actively involved in the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS), contributing to committees such as the Outreach to Young Lawyers Committee, Litigation Committee, Solo and Small Firm Task Force, and Women Trial Lawyers Committee. Her dedication to service extends beyond her professional roles; for the past decade, Erin has also been a committed member of the Flagstaff Chapter of Childhelp, supporting the organization’s mission to eradicate child abuse and neglect.

Outside the courtroom, Erin cherishes the time spent with her family. Her teenagers, husband, and dogs fill her days with joy. As an avid traveler, she and her family frequently embark on adventures, exploring new cultures and cuisines. They also enjoy skiing and having snowball fights.
