Michael has spent most of the last 18 years as a litigator, in both the civil and criminal law areas, and is focused on problem-solving and achieving results. Michael is an attorney who takes pride in his analysis of the applicable law and how it is applied to the facts of each case, and then delivers his analysis to clients in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, with the goal of having each client be able to make informed decisions about their cases.

Michael received his Juris Doctorate from the Creighton University School of Law, his Bachelor’s Degree from Hastings College, and is licensed to practice in Nebraska and Iowa.

When he is not practicing law, Michael enjoys reading, screenwriting, film production, acting, riding his road bike, and playing pickleball.
