Brandon has a broad background in litigation with a focus on insurance defense and workers’ compensation.
Brandon grew up in central Oklahoma and obtained a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2003. Afterward, he obtained his law degree from the University of Missouri, where he served on the editorial board of the Journal of Dispute Resolution. He has represented insurance companies and their insureds, employers, municipalities, and others in jury and bench trials throughout Missouri and Kansas.
Brandon is admitted in the states of Missouri and Kansas, as well as the U.S. District Courts of Kansas and Western Missouri. He has given presentations to insurance companies, bar associations, and other trade groups. He also served two terms as the Chairman of the KCMBA Workers’ Compensation Committee.
Brandon and his wife have one daughter. He enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors, especially hiking and biking.
