CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Kelsey joined the firm in early 2016 as its sole support staff member, providing administrative support to four attorneys. Since then, she has grown into a key leadership role and now oversees the firm’s daily operations, financial performance, technology initiatives, and risk management, helping drive the firm’s continued growth and efficiency.

Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2013, with a specialization in Management and a minor in Speech Communication.

Outside of the office, Kelsey and her husband stay busy raising their twin boys and caring for their two dogs. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, advocating for the special-needs and Down syndrome communities, expressing her creativity, cooking, and cheering on her favorite teams. A devoted sports fan, you’ll often hear her say, “Go Bills!” and “Go Huskers!
