Nicole takes a proactive approach to litigation so as to advocate for the wellbeing and best interests of her clients. She approaches every stage of litigation as a means to further the interests of her clients. She accomplishes this by listening to the needs, goals, and concerns of her clients, incorporating this into her litigation plan, and providing expert legal advice.

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University, Nicole worked in the nonprofit field in Nebraska, Arkansas, and Texas. Upon moving back to Nebraska, Nicole attended the University of Nebraska College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor degree.

Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog, getting outside as often as possible, traveling, and volunteering on the board of Mourning Hope Grief Center.
