During law school, he gained invaluable hands-on experience as a member of the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he worked closely with startups and small businesses on various legal matters, including business formation, contracts, intellectual property, and general corporate governance. Additionally, Lionel clerked for a local firm that focused on business litigation, gaining further insight into the legal challenges businesses face and the strategies necessary for effective dispute resolution.
