PARTNER
Dru focuses his practice on insurance defense, corporate representation and estate planning. He approaches every case with strategic thinking, collaborative communication and attention to detail. Dru routinely advises clients in business transactions, formations and business insurance considerations. He regularly presents on business insurance matters, including best practices for workers’ compensation defense and general litigation strategies.
Dru received his Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Policy from Creighton University. He earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association and the Claims and Litigation Alliance.
Dru currently serves on the Board of the Nebraska Claims Association as President Elect. He is also actively involved with the Omaha Chapter of the American Red Cross and serves on the Board’s Philanthropy Committee.
In his leisure time, Dru enjoys spending time with family and friends. As a Kansas City native, he is an avid Chiefs and Royals fan.
